Curried source?
Yesterday we went into Currys the electrical retailer to order a new Tumble Dryer. We picked out the one we wanted and instructed the Sales person to kindly place our order. He returned to us, having been on the computer database, and informed us that it was not in stock but it could be ordered and delivered to our home address.
We said that would be to our satisfaction, in shopper’s parlance ‘OK’, at which point he informed us there would be a £17 delivery charge. I told him I could get the Dryer for the same price on the internet with FREE delivery.
‘Oh, alright then’ he said ‘you had better get it from the internet then’
I have, http://www.appliancebargains.co.uk/ – it is being delivered next week.
Currys – You’re Fired.

now you should write curry's a letter and show them copies of the paper work and tell them..they fucked up...i love doing that...i can write the letter for ya..
I was thinking of writing a letter to their head office, what would you say?
I have a beef with another two retailers at the moment, what ever happened to real customer service and satisfaction?
