How to beat the rest
I was writing this in reply to a posting on another blog in the US [yellowdoggrannie; which is one I visit regularly and it is hard to believe that some people in the US are just like those in the movies. I wonder if they see us in the UK in the same way we are portrayed on the Big screen?] when I suddenly realised what is missing in order to combat drunken youths on our streets. Official bodies with big sticks!
The parents of the delinquents on our streets in the UK are to blame for most of the ills of their kids, they either don’t care or do no have the wherewithal to administer suitable punishment for their earlier misdemeanours, which means they turn even nastier as they get older and, in most cases, end up drunk on our streets most weekends. We should introduce ‘stick’ police on our streets who would smack drunken kids up the arse and wrap the fingers of those who buy alcohol for minors.
If I can see several youths walking away from the local shops with cans of cheap booze then surely a ‘beat’ bobby [as in walking the beat and not beating the crap out of] would be able to see them also and, unlike myself, be able to confiscated said alcohol and wrap knuckles accordingly.
Their parents are either too drunk to care themselves or must be so thick that they cannot smell alcohol on their breath or see that their children are intoxicated.
On a prouder note for my fellow country men and women we have another four Gold medals so far today at the Beijing Olympics.
[If there were medals for inconsiderate kids and parents we would top the league table]

that's why i believe in bipping...a good one right upside the head when called for should be recommended..ha
I tried replying to this earlier and it kicked me out! Just as I was saying a good kick up the ass would'nt hurt them now and again.
